At Lumae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns and refunds are only applicable after you have received your product. We do not process refunds or returns for orders that have not yet been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- - The item must be in the original packaging
- - A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance items
- - Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- - Items returned without original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
